Teresa Schlegel is the President and Founder of FullCycle HR LLC. Teresa's expertise is in leveraging human capital to implement organizational change needed to optimize business results. She possesses over 30 years of Human Resources leadership where she has managed multiple diverse HR functions including all aspects of People Operations, culture, change management, organizational assessment, training and development, safety, and facilities.
Teresa’s Human Resources leadership expertise spans both domestic and international/global organizations with locations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC including Fortune 100 companies and startups. Additionally, she has experience in helping a private company become publicly traded by merging with a listed shell company (SPAC - Special-Purpose Acquisition Company). Her diverse experience includes executive leadership in technology, sporting goods, supply chain, services, manufacturing, robotics, and education.

· Designed and Implemented Total Reward programs to include migration and consolidation of 401(k) plans, executive retention programs, executive incentives, SERP, variable compensation plans, employee wellness programs, salary structure creation and alignment, and pension outsourcing
· Change Agent – experienced in developing change methodology, identifying key stake holders and implementing sound processes in complex businesses
· Accountable and authentic HR professional who possess a strong business acumen
· Organizational development and design expert with the ability to align HR practices to short- and long-term business initiatives

Teresa is a graduate of the University of Utah’s Executive MBA program and has a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Sociology from Weber State University. Her professional certifications include mediation, Senn Delaney (a Heidrick & Struggles company), Arbinger Institute (creating a high-performance culture), Predictive Index (PI assessment tools), DiSC (organizational assessment-based profiling), The Leadership Circle Profile, Myers & Briggs (MBTI), Zenger-Miller,Achieve Global, DDI, and other training and coaching programs.
